Rewired 247 LLC liability waiver, release agreement, and code of conduct

Section 1: General Rules and Expected Behavior

Welcome to Rewired 247! To maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all members, the following rules and expectations apply:

• Member-Only Access: Rewired 247 is a member-based gym. Access is granted exclusively to paid, waiver-completed, and active members.
• No Guests Without Permission: Guests are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. Sneaking in guests will result in a $50 fee per guest and immediate loss of membership privileges.
• Respect the Facility and Others: Treat all gym equipment, facilities, and fellow members with respect. Clean up after yourself, re-rack weights, and wipe down equipment after use.
• Follow Safety Guidelines:Use equipment properly and follow posted safety guidelines. If you’re unsure how to use equipment, seek assistance before proceeding.
• 24/7 Access Is a Privilege: Members are expected to adhere to these rules to maintain 24/7 access privileges. Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Minors/Children

Memberships are available for individuals aged 10 and older. Infants in car seats are not permitted within the facility for safety reasons. Children must always be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is an active member. Children are not allowed to hang out or remain in the gym while their parents train unless actively participating in their own workouts under direct supervision. All minors must demonstrate responsible, safe behavior or risk immediate revocation of membership without refund.

Parental Assumption of Risk for Infants

If a parent or legal guardian chooses to bring an infant in a car seat into the facility, they voluntarily assume all risks associated with doing so. The parent or legal guardian agrees to release and hold harmless Rewired 247 from any and all liability, claims, or legal exposure related to the presence of the infant on the premises.

Minor Membership Policy

Minors between the ages of 10 and 17 may become members only if their parent or legal guardian is the primary account holder. The minor must be accompanied at all times by that parent or legal guardian when using the facility. Rewired 247 does not monitor minor behavior during unstaffed hours, and all safety and conduct responsibilities rest solely with the parent or legal guardian.

Liability for Unsupervised Minor Use

In the event a minor accesses or uses the gym facilities without the required presence of their parent or legal guardian, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and accepts full legal responsibility for any incidents, injuries, or consequences that may arise. Rewired 247 is not liable for any damages, claims, or legal actions resulting from unsupervised minor use of the facility.

Section 2: Financial Commitments and Obligations

By becoming a member of Rewired 247, you agree to the following financial terms and obligations:

• Rates and Fees: Membership rates, family add-on rates, start-up fees, and club maintenance fees are subject to change. Members will be notified in advance of any rate adjustments.
• Billing Cycle: All recurring memberships are billed on a 4-week billing cycle. A current credit card must be on file for all memberships; cash or check payments are not accepted.
• Annual Maintenance Fee: An annual club maintenance fee will be charged in April of each year. The fee is $35 per primary member and $25 per additional member on the same account.
• Pausing or Cancelling Membership: To pause or cancel your membership, you must provide a 4-week written notice via email to info@rewired247.com. Membership dues will continue during the notice period, and access remains active until the end of that billing cycle.

SMS Opt-In and Opt-Out

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Rewired 247. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. Neither Rewired 247 nor carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
